Beat the butter with the sugar very well until it lightens in color and becomes creamy and smooth. Add the eggs or yolks, depending on your preference, and continue beating.

Sift the flour with the cornstarch, salt, and baking powder, then add them and mix. Be careful not to add extra flour; the dough will be crumbly like in the picture. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes, then shape it with your hands or roll it out between two pieces of plastic wrap and cut into any shape you like. It will be soft and beautiful and won't stick to your hands. 😊❤😉

Of course, the shapes and decorations are up to you. I added cocoa powder to part of the dough, and you can add flavors like banana, almond, or orange extract as you wish. This is how it looks before going into the oven.
