Grilled Salmon and Vegetables
Testing out my new grill.
Steps

Preheat the Tefal Optigrill+ and grill the salmon fillets (from frozen if needed) until cooked through. Set aside and cover with foil.

Wash and pat dry the asparagus and mushrooms.

Slice the mushrooms thickly, about the same width as the asparagus.
- 4
Toss the asparagus and mushrooms with olive oil and sprinkle with persillade.

Grill the asparagus first in the Optigrill+, then add the mushrooms and grill until tender.

Season everything with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy.
Tips
Using the Tefal Optigrill+ is a game changer, as it allows you to grill from frozen, making the process quicker and easier.
