This is a classic way to enjoy Sewai and Rabri too - I gave a wee twist to Sewai by cooking with condensed milk and Rabri as filling

In a pan heat ghee, add Sewai or vermicelli and on medium flame cook to turn to golden colour

Add condensed milk and cook for1 min, add to cupcake liners and put inside cuo cake moulds and refrigerate for 1 hr
- 3
Rabri - in a pan heat milk and continue stirring on medium flame while removing the cream or malai from top and keeping it aside. The milk should reduce to 1/3

Add the malai back and add augar and stir to dissolve, add green cardamom powder, Roohafza and gulkand and stir well, add chopped almonds and walnuts and stir, set aside

Pour the Rabri on the Sewai cupcake and garmish more with chopped walnuts and almonds - enjoy 😊
Tips
The malai or cream should be continuously moved when boiling the full fat milk.
Milk should be reduced to 1/3
