Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.

Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add green peas and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Pour in water and simmer for 5–7 minutes until peas are soft.

Add kasoori methi and paneer cubes. Cook gently for 2–3 minutes.

Add garam masala and fresh cream. Mix lightly.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
Tips
Serve with roti, naan, or jeera rice for a complete meal.
