1.5-2 poundground beef
2 packagesKnorr Spanish rice sides
5green peppers cut in half, cleaned out
Shredded cheese

Brown ground beef

Cook rice to instructions

Preheat oven to 375

Mix the cooked rice and ground beef together.

Stuff the peppers until full and cover with cheese
6

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
