Ingredients

  1. 1.5-2 poundground beef
  2. 2 packagesKnorr Spanish rice sides
  3. 5green peppers cut in half, cleaned out
  4. Shredded cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef

  2. 2

    Cook rice to instructions

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 375

  4. 4

    Mix the cooked rice and ground beef together.

  5. 5

    Stuff the peppers until full and cover with cheese

  6. 6

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
