Boil the water add oil,salt and rice and let it cook for 10-15 min. Remove the rice from the heat and cover it well. Saute the onions add the green pepper then add meat. After the meat is tender add the cabbages and mix well. Serve the rice with the csbbage mixed with meat and garnish with avocado.
