It's an Indian sweet made during festivals. This can be served as a dessert during party time. It's a flavorful sweet usually garnished with nuts.

Heat pan. Add ghee on low heat. Add banana slices and fry for a few minutes.

Then add semolina and roast it on low to medium heat till it changes its color. It may take 15 minutes or so.

In another pan keep water and milk mixture for boiling.

Grind the saffron in a mortar or pestle and add it to the milk mixture.

Once the semolina is roasted properly, add the hot water milk mixture. Keep stirring to avoid forming of lumps.

At this stage, add a pinch of salt, almond powder and cut apricot in the mixture.

Once the liquid dissolves then add the sugar, cardamom powder, some whole raisins. Heat it for few minutes. Then turn off the stove. Add 1 or 2 tsp ghee to get good flavor. Mix it well.

Garnish with sliced almonds, cashews and pistachios.

Serve this yummy dessert hot for better taste.
Tips
Roast semolina till golden color. When add milk keep stirring to avoid lunch.
