If you have some leftover rice, his is a very good jhatpat recipe to make. #CA26

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add peanuts and chopped green chillies. Sauté for 1 minute.

Add chopped capsicum. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly soft.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and pav bhaji masala. Mix well.

Add leftover rice and salt. Mix until rice is evenly coated with spices.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
Tips
Adjust the spice levels according to your taste preference, and feel free to add other vegetables if desired.
