Ingredients

  1. 2 bowlscold cooked rice (about 3 cups, 600 grams)
  2. 5 ozshrimp (about 150 grams), peeled and deveined
  3. 2eggs
  4. 2green onions
  5. 3 clovesgarlic
  6. Seasoning:
  7. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  8. 1 teaspoonoyster sauce
  9. 1 teaspoonwhite pepper
  10. Shrimp Marinade:
  11. Pinchwhite pepper
  12. Splashrice wine

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse and drain the shrimp, then marinate with a pinch of white pepper and a splash of rice wine. Chop the green onions, mince the garlic, and beat the eggs in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the eggs and scramble quickly, then remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    In the same pan with the remaining oil, sauté the green onions and garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, then add the cold rice and stir-fry to break up any clumps.

  4. 4

    Add all the seasonings and the scrambled eggs. Stir-fry everything together until well mixed and heated through.
