For the ingredient prep: Cut up the scallions and assorted capsicums and fry in oil with salt, preboil the green bananas till soft and set aside

In a bowl add the bananas and mix with the vegetable mixture

Mash to a smooth paste and add the seasoning as you continue to mash
- 4
Lastly add the cooking cream (optional) for a more silky smooth texture- often used in fine dining. Enjoy ❤️
Tips
Using almost ripe green bananas makes it sweeter
