Ingredients

2 people
  1. 6 piecesgreen bananas
  2. Green onion (scallions)
  3. 3 cubeRoyco chicken seasoning
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 1 tbspcooking cream
  6. 1 tbspSalt
  7. 3Assorted capsicums

Steps

  1. 1

    For the ingredient prep: Cut up the scallions and assorted capsicums and fry in oil with salt, preboil the green bananas till soft and set aside

  2. 2

    In a bowl add the bananas and mix with the vegetable mixture

  3. 3

    Mash to a smooth paste and add the seasoning as you continue to mash

  4. 4

    Lastly add the cooking cream (optional) for a more silky smooth texture- often used in fine dining. Enjoy ❤️

Tips

Using almost ripe green bananas makes it sweeter
