1 cuphung curds
1/4 cupchopped cucumber 🥒 (with skin)
1 tbspfreshly chopped mint
1/4 tspchopped garlic
1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste
To serve :👇
Sesame lavash
Pita bread

Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl & mix well.

Refrigerate at least for an hour.

Serve chilled with sesame lavash & pita bread.

Tips

1) The hung curds should be fresh .
2) You can toast the pita bread & use also.
3) Carrot 🥕 strips or any veggies of your choice can be used .
4) A quick appetizer for parties 🎉 🎉.
