Cucumber Raita made in my family often times in summer season. Every family members most like and also enjoy in fast days.

First take cucumber, chilli, banana, coriander leaves wash and chopped in small portion. Cucumber peelings and scrap by grater. Curd put in big vessel add chopped chilli, banana, coriander leaves, cucumber, rack salt, black pepper powder mix well and bowl put in fridge half an hour.

Cool cool Cucumber Raita sprinkle coriander leaves serve at lunch time.
Tips
Cucumber Raita you can add roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder.
