Mustard- poppy seed paste - soak mustard seed and poppy seed in little water for 2 hrs and make a paste adding green chillies, mustard paste is ready

Main part of the dish - smear the chicken pieces with turmeric powder and set aside for 5 mins

In a wok heat mustarr oil and add the marinated chicken and fry till colour is visible and set aside

In the same oil, add the okra or Dharosh or Bhindi and fry. Set aside

Add nigella seeds and add the sliced onions and fry till softened, add tomatoes and fry for 3-4 mins

In a bowl add little water to mustard seed paste and add to wok stirring

Add chopped tomatoes and add the fried chicken and fried okra or Dharosh or Bhindi to it and stir. Add 1/2 cup water and add salt, cover to cook

When oil surfaces the chicken - Bhindi is cooked

Plate with steamed rice and enjoy 😊
Tips
Soak mustard seed and poppy seed with little water before making a paste
