Wash dry and cut bhendi. Heat oil in pan and stir fry and keep aside.

In the same pan add oil and onion saute till soft and ginger garlic paste saute till raw smell goes and add tomatoes, cook till soft now add all dry masalas.and the bhendi cook well till soft. Serve with roti or rice and dal.
Tips
Wash and dry bhendi so that it doesn’t become sticky. Add lime juice to that it doesn’t stick.
