This dish is a mix of carrot's crunchiness, tang from lemon juice, spicy green chili and to top it all aroma of roasted sesame seeds and its rich nutty taste. You can eat it as a side dish or have it as light healthy lunch/dinner.

This dish is a mix of carrot's crunchiness, tang from lemon juice, spicy green chili and to top it all aroma of roasted sesame seeds and its rich nutty taste. You can eat it as a side dish or have it as light healthy lunch/dinner.

Grate carrots finely. Chop green chili and mix with grated carrot. Add salt and lemon juice as per taste.

In a small pan heat oil, add mustard seeds. When all seeds have popped remove from flame and add sesame seeds. Roast for a few seconds and pour on grated carrot mix.

Garnish it with chopped or shredded coriander leaves.
