1. Mix together wheat flour, salt to taste & strained. Add water gradually & make a tight dough. Cover the weight cloth on dough for half an hour.

2. Heat a pan add half of mint leaves & roast till crisp. Cool it. Crush & make a powder. Chopped rest of mint leaves.

3. Mix well mint leaves with dough after resting. (dough)

5. Flatten each ball with the belan. Apply melted white butter & dust with flour. Fold it like a fan. Make a 7 inch diameter like chapati.

7. Sprinkle crushed mint on parathas. Serve hot with chutani

4. Make a 12 equal portions balls of dough.

6. Heat tawa & roast paratha on both the sides, applying white butter till becomes pink colour.
