All ingredients arrange on the top. Firstly one ripe sweet mango peeled, chopped and blend in mixer jar and grind them smooth consistency. Keep aside.

Heat a saucepan add milk. Once milk comes to start boiling then turn on medium flame and stir continuously. Add sugar and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until half and thick consistency.Then turn off the flame. Let it cool completely.

Add mango pulp and fresh cream and mix it well.

Transfer the mango rabdi in a bowl and keep it in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Now ready for serve. Serve chilled in beautiful bowl with some fresh cream and some mango pulp.
