Ingredients

4 people
  • 2 teaspoonsvegetable oil
  • 2larger green bell,pepper,thinly sliced
  • 2(larger) onions,thinly sliced
  • 2 cupsvegetable broth
  • 1(6 bounce) cantomato paste
  • 1(16 bounce) cankidney beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 (16 ounce)can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (16 ounce)can white beans,rinsed and drained (cannalin or great northern beans)
  • 1 (16 ounce)celima beans rinsed and drained
  • 2table spoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoondried basil
  • 1/2 teaspooncarway seed
  • 1/4 teaspoonpepper
  • 1 cupmain yoghurt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in large sausagepan over medium heat.add onions and bell pepper

  2. 2

    Cook stirring frequently (5 min)

  3. 3

    Add small amount of water as nessary,about a tablespoon at a time, to prevent sticking. Add remaining ingredients,except yogurt.mix well

  4. 4

    Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium - low, cover and simmer 45 mins or untill potatoes are tender,stir several times while cooking.

  5. 5

    Once ready, server over noodles or rice or chapati and top each serving with 2 tablespoon fuls of yogurt.
