Ingredients

30 minutes
4 people
  • 1/4 cupsamak/ Moriya rice
  • 1 cupplus 4 tbsp more milk
  • 3 tbspsugar or adjust as per sweetness you want
  • 1/2 tspcrushed cardamom seeds
  • For fruits layer
  • 1/4 cupchopped mango
  • 10-12black grapes sliced
  • 5-6strawberries sliced
  • 2 tbsproasted almonds
  • 2 tbspblack sesame seeds
  • 1 tbspmelon seeds roasted

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First we will make sweet samak Rice.. for this wash and soaked samak Rice in water for 10 minutes..

  2. 2

    Meanwhile we will chopped all fruits..Roasted sesame seeds, melon seeds and almonds..Keep it aside..

  3. 3

    Now heat milk in a pan add sugar crushed cardamom seeds add samak rice let it cool till it done or rice become soft..If needs add little warm milk more..We don't want dry consistency.we want messy rice..

  4. 4

    Now switch off the flame..Let it cool..In doughnut mould arrange foil paper

  5. 5

    Arrange all fruits and nuts..Dip fingers in water or milk arrange cooked rice layer over fruits layer carefully..Let it set in fridge for chill or 10 -15. Minutes..When it sets de mould it over the plate carefully..Serve your chilled no bake frushi cake..
