Grate ginger in a bowl

In a different bowl mix cooking fat,salt,soysauce and add the grated ginger

Take another empty bowl(big in size)transfer your beef in that then sprinkle the mixture on top of the beef

Take a cooking pan slash one onion and add some cooking fat
- 5
Wait for the onion to cook till it turns to golden brown colour now you can cook your beef for 1hr and keep checking from time to time
- 6
Best served with cabbage salad and ugali
