First take both split dal wash and soaked 4 hours then remove extra water.

Now soaked dal crush in mixture make batter add salt and green paste then whisk by palm fingers in one direction. So batter will make smooth texture. Now put Pan on induction stove add oil let it hot then put small portion from batter by fingers or spoon make little vada fry till crunchy texture.

All vada put in dish let it cool. Now all vada put in water vessel keep 10 minitus then press in palm remove extra water put in container then put in fridge.

At the dinner time to serve vada in serving dish add curd, rock salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, both chutneys,sprinkle coriander leaves and pomegranate kernels enjoy lovely this delicious dish with family. 😋
