Ingredients

  • 1 poundrotini pasta
  • 1red bell pepper chopped
  • 1yellow or orange bell pepper chopped
  • 4 ouncecan sliced black olives (drained)
  • 2 cupshalved grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupchopped basil
  • 1 cupgrated Parmesan
  • 1 cupItalian dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  2. 2

    Add pasta to a large bowl; add peppers, tomatoes, and olives. Combine, add dressing and mix until well coated.

    Stir in basil and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.

    Serve warm or cold.
