1/4 tbssalt

Salt the pork and after chopping. Allow to marinate for 5 minutes then place in a pan containing the boiling cooking oil.

Let it fry for 10 minutes as you turn then remove from the pan and allow to cook slightly as the excess oil drain away then serve with kachumbari
