Heat up frying pan, add vegetable oil once it hot add diced chicken, fry for 3mins and immediately add diced onions, stir till onions is golden brown; add tomatoes, pepper stir and allow it cook for another 5mins,

Spice with stock cube, curry powder and salt cook for another 3mins; add carrot and green bell pepper stir properly and turn off heat

Who does not like their carrot and bell pepper crunchy; serve sauce with white rice
