Oatmeal Porridge (Healthy Breakfast)

Combine the milk and rolled oats in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Once it starts boiling, reduce to medium heat and stir constantly until it thickens slightly, about 5–10 minutes. The thickness depends on your preference, but keep in mind it will thicken more as it cools.

When it reaches your desired consistency, remove from heat. While the oatmeal is still hot, slice the banana and strawberries on top. Mix and transfer everything to a bowl.

Drizzle with agave syrup, add chopped walnuts, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
