Steps

Slice onions,tomatoes and chop coriander

Beat the eggs into a plastic bowl and whisk it.

Add salt to thr eggs and mix

Heat the pan over medium heat till hot

Pour 2tbs cooking oil anf heat for a minute

Pour in egg mixtures

Cook slowly until it drys up, flip it over in pan. cook second side to desired
- 8
Put onions,tomatoes and coriander on top of the egg. serve immediately. Enjoy.
