Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lb.bacon
  2. 1 lb.ground beef
  3. 1/2sweet onion
  4. 1 clovegarlic
  5. 4 tbs.cream cheese
  6. 2 tbs.reduced sugar ketchup
  7. 1 tbs.yellow mustard
  8. 1 tbs.Worcestershire sauce
  9. 1 tsp.seasoned salt
  10. 4large eggs
  11. 1/4 cupheavy cream
  12. 1 tsp.ground pepper
  13. 1 tsp.hot sauce
  14. 8 ouncesgrated cheddar cheese
  15. 1 tsp.dill

Cooking Instructions

    Dice the bacon into small pieces in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook while stirring often until crisp. Remove bacon from pan and set aside. Drain grease from pan.

    Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, crumbing as it cooks, then drain fat.

    Add the onion and garlic to the skillet with the beef and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

    Add the cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt to the skillet and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until combined.

    Spread the beef mixture into greased 8"x 8" baking dish. Top with the cooked bacon.

    Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and whisk together with the heavy cream until combined. Stir in the pepper and hot sauce.

    Pour the egg mixture over the beef and bacon.

    Top with cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set and golden on top. Sprinkle with fill before serving.(2 grams of carbs)
