  • Millet Flour
  • Water
  • 2 tbspbutter

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Put water to boil.

  2. 2

    Add butter. Then and flour gradually to your liking.

  3. 3

    Then turn the Ugali and mix very well

  4. 4

    Cook for around 35 minutes and cover the ugali for 15 minutes to give it time to cook/ boil

  5. 5

    Serve when hot with stew or vegetable.
