Roast Potatoes
Super crunchy with a mixed herb coating.
Steps

Peel and chop the potatoes in to quarters then place into a saucepan full of water.

Par boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes untill fluffy but not so far untill they have turned into mach
- 3
Once finished, tip the potatoes into a large shallow baking tray with the oil in the bottom.

Sprinkle the salt, pepper and mixed herbs onto the potatoes and place in a 230°C oven for 30 minutes untill golden brown and crispy.

Take out the oven and serve warm with a Sunday roast.
