Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcorn boiled
  2. 2.5 tbspRice flour /chawal ka atta
  3. 2 tbspcorn flour
  4. 1/3 tspPepper powder/kali mirch
  5. 1/2 tbschat masala
  6. 2.5 tbslemon juice
  7. 2.5 tbspFresh coriander/hara dhaniya chopped
  8. 1 tspGreen chillies/hari mirch chopped
  9. 1/3 tbspred chilli powder
  10. 1 pinchPepper powder/kali mirch
  11. Oil for frying
  12. Onion for garnish

    Take a bowl and add in the corn niblets along with salt, pepper powder, and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle rice flour and corn flour over it and mix again (no need to add water). Let it rest for a minute.

  3. 3

    Heat enough oil to deep fry in a deep and wide pan. Add a handful of corn in the hot oil.

  4. 4

    Stir once and fry, once it starts crackling then cover the pan partially. When the corn becomes crisp it will start to float on the pan.

  5. 5

    Once they are done remove it from the pan. Drain on a napkin paper to remove and absorb the extra oil.

  6. 6

    Now add chat masala, red chilli powder, lemon juice in the fried corn and mix properly. Garnish with onion rings and coriander leaves.Serve immediately and enjoy.
