Firstly in a kadhai add oil when hot add mustard seeds when it crackles add garlic when brown add onion cook till translucent.

Add tomato and potato cook for 2 mins add spices and parwal mix well cover and cook with the lid put water over it.

Cook for 15 mins.Open it mix it well
- 4
Serve it with roti or chapati
