Ingredients

15 minutes + hanging time & chilling time
3-4 people
  • 500 gmdahi
  • 2 tspsRose 🌹 syrup
  • 7-8lychee deseeded
  • 1/4 th cupLychee puree
  • 2 Tbspsfresh cream
  • 1/4 tspCardamom
  • 4 tbspdhage wali mishri ka powder
  • 10-12chopped deseeded lychee
  • Dry rose 🌹 petals
  • pistachio for garnishing

Steps

15 minutes + hanging time & chilling time
  1. 1

    Hang the dahi for 7-8 hours
    Blend 4-5 lychees with rose 🌹 syrup
    Whisk the hung curd with cream and cardamom powder

    Add mishri powder into the mix and whisk. Take 7-8 deseeded lychee in blender jar add rose 🌹 syrup & blend it till smooth. Lychee puree is ready

    Mix the lychee puree part by part into the dahi

    Fold in some chopped lychee pieces into the shrikhand

    Adjust the rose 🌹 syrup according to the colour and flavour of your liking

    Garnish with dry rose 🌹 petals and sliced pistachios.
