Ingredients

  1. 150 gramscooked spaghetti
  2. 50 gramspeeled fresh shrimp
  3. 50 gramssquid, cut into bite-sized pieces
  4. 50 gramsscallops
  5. 20 gramsbasil leaves (½ cup)
  6. 1red chili, sliced
  7. 2 tablespoonsgreen peppercorns
  8. Kaffir lime leaves, torn as desired
  9. 1 1/2 teaspoonsseasoning powder
  10. 2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  11. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  12. 1 tablespoonmixed green and red bird's eye chilies
  13. 1 tablespoongarlic
  14. 24 gramsvegetable oil
  15. 4 tablespoonswater
  16. Oil for frying seafood

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the crushed bird's eye chilies and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Add the shrimp, squid, and scallops, and stir-fry until almost cooked. Add water and mix well. Season with seasoning powder, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and fully cooked.

  3. 3

    Add the prepared spaghetti and stir-fry to combine. Add the sliced chili, green peppercorns, and basil leaves, and stir-fry again until well mixed. Serve on a plate.
