Japanese-Style Pork Chops

One of my children is a fan of Japanese culture and, of course, its food too. This is one of the recipes they look for, and we prepare it together.

Steps
- 1
Chop the sandwich bread in a food processor or with scissors, and place it on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dry it well in the oven at about 160°F (70°C) for 15 minutes, then set aside.
- 2
Make small cuts on the sides of the pork chops and use a rolling pin or whatever you have on hand to pound them slightly to flatten.
- 3
Coat the chops in flour, then egg, and finally the prepared bread crumbs.
- 4
Fry in plenty of hot oil for a couple of minutes on each side, then remove and place on paper towels to drain.
- 5
Slice the cabbage very thinly and add a little salt and olive oil.
- 6
Mix all the sauces and sugar together and stir well.
- 7
Finally, prepare the plate with everything and it's ready! They're super delicious! (I almost forgot, you can put a bowl with the remaining sauce for anyone who wants to add more).
