Peel, chop into quarters and boil potatoes into a pot boiling for

Get sausages into the oven according to instructions

Once potatoes have been fully boiled checking with a knife that it easily falls apart drain the potatoes into a colander and then into a bowl start mashing potatoes adding butter, salt and garlic powder. Chop onion to add to gravy boil or fry onions to preference

Open the tin of peas and start boiling kettle for gravy whilst microwaving the peas for about 3 minutes. Take sausages out of the oven when fully cooked, and mash, peas etc serve meal
