Easy Homemade Naan (Pan Method)
I had missed this meal and decided to have it for lunch 😘
Steps

Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it activate for a few minutes.

Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.

Add yogurt, oil, and the yeast mixture. Knead into a soft dough.

Cover and let the dough rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).

Divide dough into small balls and roll each into a desired shape(you don't have to get a perfect round shape)

Heat a pan over medium-high. Cook naan on one side until bubbles form, then flip.

Once cooked, brush with melted butter, garlic, and coriander.

Serve warm with egg curry(or any desired curry)
Tips
Brushed with garlic, coriander, and melted butter once they were ready. Let the yeast sit in warm water to activate before mixing.
