As a mother, I am always keen on finding healthy options for my kids. They love biscuits but i do not rely on store brought ones as we don't get what is being claimed by ads. So my keenness always prompts e to make something healthy for them. Here is one such recipe i am sharing with you all.

In a mixing bowl, take peanut butter and sugar.Mix using a fork or hand beater

To this sift, atta, baking piwder and baking soda

Mix everything well

Now gradually add milk,1-2 spoon at a time and make a soft dough

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes

Preheat oven at 200℃ for 12 minutes

After 30 minutes, grease a baking tray. Make even size balls from the dough and keep 1 inch apart on the tray

Score with a fork to make design. Or use a cookie stamp.

Bake this at 180℃ for 15 minutes (Might take longenr depending on the oven)

Once done cool the biscuits completely and store in an airthight container.
