Add ajwain, kasuri methi, salt(1 tsp), sesame seed, ghee, yoghurt, baking soda as per given quantity to jowar flour. Mix well, use warm water to make soft dough. Leave it resting for 20 mins

Mash well the boiled potatoes. Add crushed ginger and green chilli mixture.

Add salt(1 tsp), red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, garam masala as per mentioned quantities. Add coriander leaves and mix all the contents well.

Make balls of dough and potato mixture. Make stuff of bati.

Spread ghee in appe pan on low flame. Place the bati and cover with lid. Wait 4-5 mins. Turn the bati upside down and wait again for 4-5 mins

Your power grains jowar bati is ready! Serve hot with dal tadka.
Tips
Prepare jowar dough with warm water to make it soft.
Cracks appearing on bati cooking at low flame indicates it gets prepared.
