  1. 1cucumber
  2. 1Capsicum
  3. 1onion
  4. 5radishes
  5. 70 Gramsparsley fresh
  6. 10potatoes , small or medium-sized
  7. 200 Gramsyoghurt
  8. 3 Tablespoonsmayonnaise
  9. 1 TablespoonDijon mustard
  10. 1 PinchSea salt
  11. 1 Pinchherbal salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes and let cool down. Peel potatoes and cut into small slices.

  2. 2

    Wash cucumber, pepper, radishes and parsley and cut into small pieces Peel onion and chop finely.

  3. 3

    Put all ingredients into a large bowl.

  4. 4

    Mix yoghurt, mayonnaise and mustard and season to taste. Pour dressing over salad and mix well.
