Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 400 gramscan of full fat coconut milk, room temp
  2. 3 tbsp(or as required) Nesquick Strawberry Milkshake powder or Crusha Strawberry Milkshake liquid, both free-from
  3. 2 tbsp(heaped) strawberry jam

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Whisk the milk until well bubbled and airy

  2. 2

    Add the milkshake powder and jam and whisk again until fully incorporated

  3. 3

    Pour into old, clean 100g yogurt pots

  4. 4

    Let sit at the back of the fridge for 4 hours or until set

  5. 5

    Will keep well covered in the fridge for up to a week
