1bonless chicken thighs
1potatoes, cut in quarters
1garlic salt
1italian seasoning
1parsley
1paprika
1pepper
1sazon

Lay chicken and potatoes (intermingle) in large cake pan. Melt butter and pour over chicken and potatoes. Sprinkle seasoning over them (heavy) and bake at 375°F for about 1 hour or until potatoes are done and chicken skin is crispy. Baste every 15 minutes.
