Cherry Cinnamon Cake

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sift flour, Cinnamon powder, baking soda, baking powder in a bowl. In other bowl mix eggs, milk and butter. Beat well and then combine with flour mixture properly. Pour it in greased cake tin. Top it with cherries, press them a bit in the batter.

For crumble topping mix all the ingredients, rub in the butter with your fingers to make a crumb-like mixture, then work the mixture until it comes together in pea-sized pieces.

Scatter the topping over the cherries. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick comes clean. Leave it in the tin to cool.

Bring all the liquor ingredients to boil all the liquor ingredients until thick on medium/ low flame.Cool the cake and layer out the liquor topping.
