Soak Lentils in Cold Water 10 mts. Rinse in cold water. Boild 4 cups water in a 5 Qts. Pot. Add Lentils, add all the dry spices (Group 1). Bring it to a boil and cook 10 mts. medium heat. Turn off heat after 10 minutes.

In a seperate pan add oil. Add cumin seed cook 1 min. Add onions and cook until golden brown. Add garlic and ginger. Cook 1 imn. Add Chopped Tamatoes and cook until gracy becomes thick.

Add this sauce lentils and garnish with fresh green chillies and cilantro and serve.
