Boil the milk with water, crushed ginger, crushed cardamom (with skin), and tea powder.

In the low flame, let it boil for 5-6 minutes or until you get a good colour, which you want for the tea. Filter the tea, add sugar and mix well.

Enjoy the hot tea with the mild spiciness of ginger and the flavour of cardamom.
