1white pepper

1/2 cupbutter
1 pintswhipping cream
cheeses
1/2 cupshredded parmesan cheese
2 tbspcream cheese

melt butter over medium heat in saucepan

cook minced garlic till soft
3

add heavy cream and cream cheese. cook stirring occasionally until it bubbles (don't boil)

stir in parmesan cheese and cook till melted all the way

salt and pepper to taste
