  1. 3 cupsDosa batter Idli / (with salt added as required)
  2. 1 numberCarrot (small) - grated
  3. 1/2 cupCorn (frozen)
  4. 1/2 cupCashew nuts
  5. 1/2 cupChana dal (boiled)

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the carrots,corn,nuts and dal for a while

  2. 2

    Add them to the idli batter and mix well

  3. 3

    Prepare the idlis

  4. 4

    Serve hot with tomato chutney
