Did you ever need only a cup of broth and let the rest sit in the refrigerator only to throw it out? Well I admit that I've done this as well. Here's a sure way to save the leftovers and save money.

Did you ever need only a cup of broth and let the rest sit in the refrigerator only to throw it out? Well I admit that I've done this as well. Here's a sure way to save the leftovers and save money.
Steps
- 1
Fill the ice cubes trays with leftover broth and put them in the freezer.
- 2
Once they're frozen pop them into a freezer bag (make sure it's the thick kind meant for freezing) and you have to put the date on the bag. Use whenever needed a cube or a few at a time. They will stay fresh for 60 days.
