In a saucepan take all ingredients except cream and switch on the flame. Let itmelt on medium heat. Stir on with silicone ir wire whisk carefully.

As it complete melted,add cream warmed up slowly and side by side stirring constantly.

Take it off heat once well mixed well. It will real dark chocolate color. Thats wwhat you want.

This can be stored in air tight containers and kept in fridge for months.

It can be used as drizzle over any cold dessert or for any other puddings.
