Oriental Seared Tuna
Delicious and healthy oriental style tuna fish...
Steps
- 1
Heat the sesame oil in a pan with the garlic cloves (just to make them golden)
- 2
Dry the tuna fillets with paper towels and cover them
- 3
Put the fillets in the pan with sesame oil to cook them at high temperature. The idea is to sear them cooking well the exterior, but leaving rare/raw the interior.
- 4
Remove the fillets and add the soy sauce, the lemon juice and the chopped chives to the pan with the sesame oil/garlic for 30 seconds to make the sauce. CAREFUL: the pan will splash some hot oil!
- 5
Pour the sauce in the top of the fillets and enjoy!
